At Official Car Mats, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your custom-fit mats aren't a perfect match, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) code.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure the mats are unused and in their original packaging, including the RA code clearly marked on the exterior of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Send your package via a tracked courier service to the return address provided by our team to ensure safe arrival.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our quality control team will inspect the mats and process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
